5 years of executive or comparable support experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Proven organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to efficiently manage both individual tasks and overall office operations. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of staff, faculty, students, parents, and external contacts.
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and navigate unexpected challenges with professionalism and composure. Maintains objectivity, integrity, and a high standard of ethical conduct. Brings enthusiasm, energy, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude to the role. Treats all individuals with respect and goodwill, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. Known for being helpful, approachable, and cooperative in all interactions.
Basic understanding of Slate and Banner systems. Extensive knowledge of OSU policies and procedures. Experience with Oklahoma State University systems, such as Banner, AIRS, PCard, and OK Corral.
