$45,000 - $60,000

About this Position

Coordinate maintenance of all OSU courses and sections in the student information system and current class scheduling software. Coordinate planning, development, delivery, and maintenance of each semester's class schedule, including appropriate classroom assignments. Manage the course management and classroom scheduling team, including outreach course management and enrollment. Maintain, update and coordinate improvements to technologies that facilitate course management and classroom scheduling. Coordinate and lead pertinent training efforts across campus. Evaluate and approve course and classroom exception requests according to OSU policy.

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Seven years of experience in a higher education setting.
    Post-secondary education may be substituted for years of required experience.

  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. A high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing deadlines effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business or related field

  • At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
