About this Position

This is a Temp Position 

The Fiscal Operations Coordinator will support the Budget and Finance team in various administrative and financial tasks, aiding with budget preparation, fund reconciliation. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional seeking hands-on experience in budgeting, finance, and higher education administration. The role will offer valuable experience to financial processes in a university setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Related Field or Equivalent Experience.                                                                    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Experience with Banner

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

  • Valid OK Driver's License.  

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a strong focus on Excel. Experience with Banner. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.  Critical thinking skills necessary to analyze problems and formulate solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's
    • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Financing, or Related Field.
  • Higher Education experience.

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

  • Valid OK Driver's License.
