$19.71 - $25.48

About this Position

Provide customer service to employers interested in hiring OSU students and alumni for part-time, full-time employment and internships. Serve as liaison for assigned academic colleges to streamline employer relations for specific majors or industries. Manage employer contacts and activities through the Career Services employer database and online recruitment tools. Identify, recruit, and enroll new employers to hire OSU students and alumni. Lead special projects as requested and assist with other Career Services tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Career Services Coordinator: Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience

  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Superior interpersonal communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office programs and tools, ability to work within an online customer relations management database.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's

    Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field of study. 

  • One year experience in sales, customer service, human resources, public relations, or other equivalent.
