Hiring Range

$47,000 - $67,000

About this Position

The Career Services CRM Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the effective management and innovation of OSU Career Services' digital platforms. This position is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and support of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and event applications, ensuring data integrity, service efficiency, and user-friendly experiences for students, staff, faculty campus and community partners. The CRM Coordinator partners closely with internal teams and external vendors and partners to lead projects, streamline workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and support key service delivery platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's

    Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Two years of related experience

  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Demonstrated experience with CRM systems in a higher education setting or student information platforms.

    Strong technical aptitude with attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's

    Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

  • 2 years of related experience

  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Proficient in Slate with ability to train others on processes and best practices. 

    Familiarity with Slate, 12twenty, Canvas, Jotform, Zoho, and other applicable platforms.

    Background in project management or technical system implementation.
