About this Position

The CME Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of accredited continuing medical education (CME) activities across a variety of formats, including live, virtual, and enduring programs. This role works closely with faculty, staff, and partners to coordinate all aspects of program delivery—from initial planning and content development to accreditation compliance, course setup, and post-activity reporting.

The Coordinator manages multiple programs simultaneously and is responsible for ensuring all educational activities meet accreditation standards, including proper disclosures, learning objectives, and credit requirements. This position also plays a key role in producing and maintaining online and enduring CME content, supporting virtual event logistics, and utilizing systems such as CloudCME and CE Broker for course management and reporting.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Preferred 2 years experience in an office or educational setting.

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

  • Valid OK Driver License.

Preferred Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

  • Power Point
  • Handling purchasing, honorariums, and internal systems (e.g., requisitions)
  • Self-directed and able to manage ambiguity
  • Some experience with AI tools for content development or workflow efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's

    Two years' college or technical training or equivalent experience.

    • Two years’ experience in an office or educational setting
    • Experience with American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and/or Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) CME accreditation requirements 
    • Experience working with CloudCME
