The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of all research activities in the lab, including up to four different research protocols at any given time under a research portfolio. This role has primary responsibility for operational integrity, protocol fidelity, and participant safety across multiple trials and longitudinal studies, which include pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, and substance use disorders. The Project Manager will assist the Project Director in overseeing the execution of each study component across protocols including participant management, data collection, biospecimen processing and storage, quality control, training, and operations.
