This position provides daily operational and clerical support to the Office of Enrollment Management and is a key infrastructure position within the College of Medicine Admissions Department. The Admissions Specialist is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful transition of prospective students to the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. This person will provide information about the college admission process and represent the college to prospective students, their families, and other constituents. The position will work closely with faculty and staff and serve as the department's primary contact. Duties of this position will consist of utilizing technical database management skills to maintain the integrity of the application management system by ensuring receipt of application materials from a third-party, reviewing files, and classifying supporting documents. This position audits admissions and enrollment data for adherence with college policies and procedures and accreditation standards. This position serves as enrollment manager for students and utilizes the database to ensure receipt of all required matriculation documents.
