The Administrative Support Specialist I-II is an integral part of a team that serves individuals who are interested in the Spears School of Business, by coordinating administrative functions for the Chesapeake Energy Business Student Success Center team as well as the Eastin Center for Career Readiness team. This individual will ensure a welcoming, and professional office environment while working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including students (both prospective and current), employers, alumni, university partners, and others. The role includes managing front desk operations; coordinating communications; event planning; and scheduling support, purchasing, and travel arrangements.
One year of clerical/customer service experience. Post-Secondary education may be substituted for experience.
Three to five years administrative assistance experience in higher education
