Student Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or other related degrees
(degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)Career Services Coordinator- One year of related experience.
Career Services Coordinator II- Three years of related experience OR Two years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
Senior Career Services Coordinator- Five years of related experience OR Three years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
Senior Career Services Coordinator II- Seven years of related experience OR Master's Degree and Five years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
Additional post-secondary education beyond requirements may substitute for years of required experience.
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Ability to obtain CCSP, CCC, GCDF or equivalent certification within one year of start date.
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Excellent communication and public speaking skills with experience developing written and visual content in tools like Canva, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage information within CRM and other online systems. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Student Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or other related degrees
One year experience in student and career development, education, human resources, communications, marketing or other related field. Experience working with customer relations management databases such as Slate and 12Twenty. Knowledge of student development, experiential learning, career readiness and/or employer engagement.
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Ability to obtain CCSP, CCC, GCDF or equivalent certification within one year of start date.
