About this Position

The Project Manager oversees the management, implementation, and daily operations of a four‑year, multi‑campus civil discourse sponsored program across five OSU campuses. Serving as the project’s central operational lead, this role manages grant reporting requirements, program logistics, ensuring deliverables are met, facilitator training, budget oversight, and stakeholder communication. The PM manages grant activities and ensures high‑quality execution of Dialogue Labs, faculty development, and community engagement activities. The PM acts as the primary liaison among project leadership, campus partners, and external stakeholders to advance the initiative’s goals across diverse institutional settings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field
    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex, multi-site projects in higher education or nonprofit settings

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated expertise in project coordination, budget management, and grant compliance
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across dispersed locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management software, databases, and collaboration platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with federally-funded grants and compliance reporting

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of civil discourse, dialogue facilitation, or student development programming
  • Experience working in multi-campus or distributed organizational structures
