$165,000 - $235,000

About this Position

The individual will perform primary level medical diagnosis and treatment of OSU students, employees, and other authorized patients. Duties may include acute care services, management of chronic conditions, medication management, minor office procedures, gynecological services, and general referrals and coordination of care within the community. Participates in meetings and committees as assigned by Senior Director. May assist in training and supervision of medical and health professional students. OSU University Health Services is a comprehensive outpatient medical facility offering primary and acute care types of medical services. Pharmacy, radiology, lab, nutrition, mental health services, allergy clinic, women's clinic and employee health clinic (including EAP Psychology) are also a part of the health center. Will adhere to all OSU and UHS policies and procedures related to appropriate and authorized use of protected health information in all its forms.

Required Qualifications

  • M.D./D.O. Medical (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school - MD or DO. Completion of an accredited three year residency in an appropriate specialty.

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

Must currently hold Oklahoma medical license, DEA license and Oklahoma BNDD or be able to obtain prior to beginning work. Board certification or board eligible in an appropriate specialty. Must maintain current BLS certification.

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

Lifting required as needed to assist patients.
