About this Position

The position will provide primary medical and health services to patients of the Health Center. Person will work under approved protocols and approval of the Medical Director. Graduate of an accredited school or program for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Nurse Practitioner must have a Master's Degree and prescriptive authority. Must have an Oklahoma License and Certification appropriate to field of study. Potential exposure to infectious materials; substances; bio hazards including HIV, hepatitis, latex, etc. Lifting required as needed to assist patients. 

Required Qualifications

  • Master's

    Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Graduate of an accredited school or program for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Nurse Practitioner must have a Masters Degree and prescriptive authority. Must have an Oklahoma License and Certification appropriate to field of study. 

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

Certification appropriate to credential Current Oklahoma PA or NP License registrations, or licenses required as a prerequisite of employment. DEA Certificate BNDD Certificate Must have and maintain current BLS certification or obtain before beginning work.
