About this Position
A member of the Marketing and Communications team, the marketing specialist plays a key role in advancing the College of Education and Human Sciences' strategic marketing, communication and branding efforts. The marketing specialist creates compelling visual and written content across several mediums to highlight the college's mission, achievements and opportunities. The role requires strong project management, communication (written and verbal) and graphic design skills. Creativity and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Required Qualifications
High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Two years of work experience.
Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital and print content
Understanding of brand consistency and visual communication strategies
Enthusiastic about collaboration and teamwork.
Self-driven and able to multi-task.
Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's
Strategic communications, marketing, graphic design, journalism or related field
Experience in marketing and communications.
