About this Position

Involved in the day to day operations for IT Services owned by the Cloud and Infrastructure Services Department. Plan, develop, test, and document service offerings. Lead multiple department projects from initiation to completion. Provide technical support for all OSU/A&M institutions. Own any incidents from problem investigation to resolution including training and knowledge management in the Service desk. Proactively work to improve skills through training, professional development, and self-guided training from manuals, technical reports, or collaborative experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Six years related work experience.

    Post-secondary education may be substituted for years or experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's MIS, Computer Science or other related field
  • Five years of systems administration experience.
