Now Hiring: Director of the Eastin Center for Career Readiness

As the Eastin Center Director, you will step into a role where every day brings new opportunities to shape futures and strengthen industry ties. You’ll be the driving force behind corporate engagement, opening doors to internships and full‑time roles while keeping a pulse on employer needs and recruiting trends. Lead a talented team, launch high‑energy career readiness programs, and create experiences that empower students to stand out. With strategic oversight of the Eastin Center’s core functions, you’ll amplify its impact and push the Spears School to the forefront of career development excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's

    Business Administration or Related Field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

  • Five years experience. Corporate or university experience with recruiting and placement.

  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Excellent networking skills required. Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with recruiters, faculty, staff, students, and the general public. Must be able to develop overarching strategies and inspire subordinates to execute your vision. Strong service orientation and ability to work on several projects simultaneously.

  • Master's
