Required Qualifications

Career Services Coordinator - One year of related experience

Career Services Coordinator II - Three years of related experience OR two years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree

Career Services Coordinator Sr I - Five years of related experience OR three years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree

Career Services Coordinator Sr II - Seven years of related experience OR five years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Excellent communications skills. Strong service orientation and ability to multi-task. Ability to work with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students, and the general public. Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new skills and programs as required to meet the needs of Career Services and the Spears School of Business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's
Business Administration, College Student Development, Higher Education, Counseling or related degree
