Typical work schedule is 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. However, it will be necessary for employee to work nights and weekends as practices, games, recruiting events and camps take place outside of the normal schedule.

About this Position
The role is responsible for evaluating and scouting talent across multiple recruiting channels including high school, AAU, prep school, international programs and transfer portal, enhancing on-campus recruiting experiences, and analyzing opponents to support game preparation. This position requires a strong understanding of player performance metrics, strategic scouting techniques, and effective relationship-building to ensure successful talent acquisition and competitive team preparation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's
Business, Sports Management or related field
(degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
One year of relevant experience in NCAA Athletics, high school or college coaching, or administrative experience.
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Excellent management and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Knowledge of computer software.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's
Business, Sports Management or related field
NCAA Division I Athletics experience.
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Knowledge of Big XII Conference rules pertaining to Division I-A Athletics
