About this Position
This position provides critical administrative support to the School of Accounting (SOA) in the Spears School of Business (SSB), serving as a resource for SOA faculty, students, and external stakeholders. The Administrative Support Specialist must be a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a strong growth mindset. They are responsible for facilitating events and activities in the SOA and various SOA administrative functions that allow the SOA to function effectively.
Required Qualifications
High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
1 year of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business Management, Communications, or related degree area
Three to five years administrative assistance in higher education
