About this Position
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology (OSUIT) invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor to deliver training in the Komatsu Fast Track Program. The successful candidate will provide instruction and skills development in Komatsu-specific diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance aligned with the curriculum approved by Komatsu America Corp. Courses will begin in September 2025.
Required Qualifications
Vocational/Technical
Education:
Must hold or obtain Komatsu Certification by December 2025, in applicable systems (engine, hydraulics, electrical, etc.).
Associate degree or higher in Diesel Technology, Heavy Equipment, or related field, preferred but not required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience working with Komatsu equipment
Prior teaching or training experience in technical education or workforce development
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Valid driver’s license.
Must hold, or obtain Komatsu Certification by December 2025, in applicable systems (engine, hydraulics, electrical, etc.).

Computer skills to include electronic communications, word processing, and the ability to use specific software associated with the position are necessary.
