This role connects benefit plan design, employee education, and the employee experience by translating complex plan provisions into clear, engaging, and action-oriented education.

This position requires working knowledge of employee benefits, strong presentation skills, and the ability to communicate benefit information in a way that helps a diverse workforce understand, use, and value available programs.

This position works closely with Benefits and HR team members, campus partners, wellness program partners, and benefit vendors to ensure communications are accurate, timely, accessible, and aligned with institutional standards. The role also supports student health plan communication and enrollment education in coordination with campus and vendor partners.

This position monitors outreach and event budgets within approved funding limits and supports the responsible use of wellness funds for programs and initiatives impacting employees, spouses, and dependents. Occasional overnight travel may be required for A&M campus outreach activities.
