About this Position

The Student Success Operations Coordinator provides the operational infrastructure that enables student success initiatives to be delivered consistently, effectively, and at scale. This position designs, coordinates, and maintains systems, processes, calendars, and reporting structures that support advising, retention, and proactive student outreach. This position will work closely with the campus Slate team and Institutional Research and Analytics to advance student success initiatives.  The Coordinator ensures that student success strategies are translated into clear workflows, reliable timelines, accurate data, and actionable reporting—reducing advisor burden while improving the student experience. This role focuses heavily on implementation and organization. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's

    Relevant field of study

    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Minimum of two years' experience in related field; equivalent education in lieu of experience will be considered.

  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives with defined timelines and reporting expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's
  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Experience working with a student success CRM or advising system.

    Experience developing and maintaining data tracking tools, reporting templates and summary reports.
