In this exciting role, you will:
Connect with prospective students—including first-time freshmen, transfers, and readmits.
Promote Spears Business programs, resources, and opportunities.
Support students through the college search process and help them explore business majors and careers.
Develop and lead high-impact events and initiatives that showcase the Spears experience.
Provide major and career guidance, transition support, and engagement opportunities.
Advise the Spears Business Ambassador program and support outreach to academically talented populations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Related field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Adept at networking and building professional relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Marketing, Communications, or other business field
Two years' experience working in business or higher education in admissions, sales, marketing, communications or related department.
