  • Support students through the college search process and help them explore business majors and careers.
  • Develop and lead high-impact events and initiatives that showcase the Spears experience.
  • Provide major and career guidance, transition support, and engagement opportunities.
  • Advise the Spears Business Ambassador program and support outreach to academically talented populations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Related field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • One year of related experience.
  • Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: Valid Driver's License required
  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Adept at networking and building professional relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Marketing, Communications, or other business field
  • Two years' experience working in business or higher education in admissions, sales, marketing, communications or related department.
