The Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University is seeking an experienced Manager of Outreach Programs to provide strategic leadership and operational direction within the Center for the Future of Work (CFW). This role plays a key part in advancing CFW’s mission to deliver impactful, market-relevant professional development and executive education programs.
As the Manager of Outreach Programs, you will oversee a team of coordinators and specialists, manage strategic partnerships, and drive program growth through innovation, collaboration, and business development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Business or Related Business Field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Minimum of five years of professional experience. Associated supervisory and program planning experience required. Candidate should have demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues, faculty or training professionals and business clients.
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Exhibit autonomy in handling problems and have effective communication skills and ability to organize and complete programs without close supervision.
Perform leadership roles in staff meetings and in external committees.
Exhibit ability to work on more complicated programs and/or conferences with multiple days and multiple speakers.
Exhibit ability to draft proposals for on-site programs without extensive overview.
Exhibit ability to draft and implement extensive marketing and promotion plans for programs and conferences. Exhibit initiatives on goals and objectives to complete measurable results organizing programs and projects without close supervision.
Exhibit ability to bring new marketing ideas to the forefront in regard to assigned programs as well as to the office in general.
Ability to oversee processes of implementation and organizes program specialists and students for completion of programs in a quality manner.
Oversight of Assistant Manager of Programs, Program Specialist, and Coordinator along with their responsibilities.
