About this Position

Work-Study position.  Applicants must already be approved for Federal Work Study. 

This position is part-time, up to 20 hours a week.

To perform a variety of technical and administrative work in support of the Human Resources Department. Assists new hires with onboarding documentation, assists with training enrollment and preparation, and processes employment actions. Greets and assists all customers entering the human resources’ office.

Required Qualifications

  • Vocational/Technical

    Two years college or technical training or equivalent

    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • At least six months office/customer service experience.

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work. Strong technical and computer skills.
