Hiring Range

$16.00 - $18.00 Hourly

About this Position

This role supports both accounting and cashiering functions and involves frequent daily interaction with students and third-party billing entities. Responsibilities include processing payments, answering questions related to tuition and fees, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, and performing accounts receivable activities. The position also assists with student billing, daily financial summaries, the student refund process, and other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Two (2) year experience in related field
  • Two (2) year experience in computer applications
  • Two (2) year experience in customer service  

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

  • Strong computing and organizational skills
  • 10 Key by touch  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's
    • Accounting or related field or technical training
