About this Position

Support for entire Athletic Department Technology as well as supporting events for all IT equipment. Athletics department server support. Implement technology projects. Provide Desk-side support. Coordinate PCI compliance for department.

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Computer Specialist I:
    HS/GED and six years related experience with requirement to receive bachelor's degree within six years of hire OR Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience.

  • Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

    Must possess a valid driver's license for travel between sites. A+, Net+

  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Work with a wide variety of computer brands, printers and software products. General knowledge of communications and LAN protocols, consistent troubleshooting techniques, and equipment. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software and the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of computer related problems both hardware and software related. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
