About this Position

The College of Arts and Sciences IT Lab Specialist will provide day-to-day operational support for Windows and Mac operating systems labs on the Stillwater campus. The individual will also perform troubleshooting and guidance to instructors using these labs. The position will work with CAS-IT staff to make recommendations and standards on lab and classroom technology.

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED

    Computer Specialist I: high school diploma/ GED and six years of experience

    Computer Specialist II: high school diploma/ GED and eight years of experience

    Computer Specialist III: high school diploma/ GED and ten years of experience

    Senior Computer Specialist I: bachelor's degree and seven years of experience

    Senior Computer Specialist II: bachelor's degree and ten years of experience

    Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience

    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • 3+ years of experience of endpoint device management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's
  • 4+ years of endpoint device management or mobile device management experience using SCCM, Intune or Jamf.  

    4+ years of printer management. Experience with Microsoft Universal Print, Uniflow, Papercut, or Uniprint is desirable. 

    Combination of experience is available.
