$19.00 - $21.38 Hourly

About this Position

This position will be accountable for the CHS campus in regards to the following: coordination and processing of invoices, ProCard Accountant and payment ProCard holder, processing Utility payments and direct Standard Patient Model payments, other duties as assigned.  

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least three years' experience in accounts payable and customer service. 

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

  • Excellent reasoning and communication skills, strong computing skills and computer program knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task and cope in a fast paced environment.  
  • Must possess excellent 10-key skills and be detail oriented with a positive attitude and high integrity.
  • Customer service oriented and a team player a must. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four (4) years out of the past six (6) years performing accounts payable functions in a higher education setting.

  • Four (4) years college or training or equivalent experience.  

  • Two (2) years recent experience in computer applications including Excel, Word, Access, and Adobe.
