The Assistant Vice-President (AVP) of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs provides strategic leadership and high-level supervision across all enrollment and student affairs functions for OSU-Oklahoma City (OSU-OKC). This includes oversight of admissions, recruitment, Slate CRM operations, financial aid, assessment, and student orientation as well as student life, concurrent, TRIO programs and career services. The AVP serves as a member of the Executive Leadership team and is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive enrollment strategies with the goal of growing traditional student populations while aggressively expanding market share in adult online, transfer, and professional programs. Responsibilities include supervising directors and professional staff and ensuring alignment with institutional goals. The position reports to the provost and collaborates with all academic and administrative units to foster a student-centered approach to enrollment.
Education:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university required. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered if relevant.

Must have current driver’s license.

Ph.D./Ed.D. from an accredited college or university.
