(Stillwater, Oklahoma)
Tenure-Track Faculty
Position: The Management Department in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University invites applications for two tenure track positions in Organization Behavior/Human Resources at the Assistant Professor level and one at the Associate Professor level to begin as early as August 2026. New assistant professors are given minimal service assignments, reduced teaching loads, and generous summer support to allow them to develop their research programs. We have a strong preference for candidates who are pursuing high-impact research and who can work well with others in our collegial department.
Application: Applicants need to upload a letter of interest, CV, and contact information for three references. Inquiries about the position may be directed to Dr. Nikos Dimotakis, nikos@okstate.edu, or Dr. Federico Aime, aime@okstate.edu
