$13.50 - $20.00 Hourly

About this Position

Reporting to University Human Resources with service to Enterprise IT, this position is responsible for items such as: human resources document flow and payroll processing, various reconciliations, customer service, and communication of policies and procedures to users. This position updates and oversees personnel files. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

  • Administrative Support Specialist I: One year of clerical/customer service experience.
  • Administrative Support Specialist II: Two years of clerical/customer service experience.
  • Administrative Support Specialist Senior: Three years of clerical/customer service experience.

Post secondary education may substitute for years of experience.

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

Attention to detail and deadlines is extremely important.

Ability to work well with people and provide good customer service is essential.
