About this Position

Primarily responsible for reviewing all charges and fee estimates, discussing payment policy with clients, and collecting additional deposits when charges exceed original fee estimate. Responsible for greeting Ranch clients, admitting/dismissing patients and collecting payment for services. Schedules appointments, answers phones, and communicates necessary messages to faculty/clinicians.

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED HS/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • One year of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

  • Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: Current valid driver's license
  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as organizational skills, multi-line phone skills and the ability to handle/reconcile payments received for services. Must have MS Office experience. Background experience with large animals necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Eight years of experience in customer service and/or clerical duties.
