Process purchasing request via Oklahoma State’s purchasing system (OKCorral). Act as P-Card Approver and assist with P-Card applications and terminations. Assist with data entry and transaction corrections. Monitor budgets and assist with the production of reports. Package and process vouchers to the OSU Foundation and assist with the reconciliation of OSU Foundation funds.
Offices may include an open-plan space to foster collaboration and creativity. We have a common open-space office noise issue. Required Qualifications
- High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

2 years experience in accounting/bookkeeping.

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Valid Oklahoma Driver's License

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Thorough knowledge and experience with standard business accounting practices and procedures, thorough working knowledge of accounting spreadsheets, good interpersonal and communication skills, high integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all work and actions. Detailed oriented yet with the ability to multitask. Requires good organizational skills. Proficient in QuickBooks, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's
Accounting, Finance or related field

Completion of Ambassador Program Completion of Fiscally Fit Program within 6 months of employment.
